Returns & Refunds – Kross Impact®
If the item you received doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 10 days from the delivery date to return it. Returns are only accepted if the product is intact, unused, and in its original condition (including packaging and tags, where applicable).
Return Conditions

The item must have been purchased directly from the official Kross Impact® website.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

We cannot issue a refund for items that are damaged, used, or show signs of wear.
How to Return an Item

Carefully repackage the item in its original box or suitable packaging.

Include a note with your order number to help us process your return quickly.

Send the parcel back to the return address provided on your invoice or on our website.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
