KROSS IMPACT®PRIVACY & COOKIES POLICY

Depending on your location and how you use the Platform, Kross Impact ltd may act alone or with service providers/partners as joint controllers or processors, in line with applicable law (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA).

2) What data we collect and when

 

We collect data when you create an account, browse the Platform, place an order, sign up for communications, join an event/contest, contact support, or use specific features.

Categories of data:

  • Contact details: name, email, phone, shipping/billing addresses.

  • Account: username, password, preferences.

  • Profile & purchases: gender (if provided), city/country, date of birth (if provided), order/returns history.

  • Payment: payment method details (processed by certified providers; we do not store full card data).

  • Content: photos, videos, reviews, messages you submit.

  • Technical/usage data (collected automatically): IP address, cookie IDs, browser/device type and settings, network info, pages viewed, items viewed/added/searched, interactions (e.g., clicks), logs, pixels/tags.

  • Optional features (with your consent): geolocation (GPS), contacts/calendar, sensor data (e.g., heart rate if you connect a device), social media identifiers.

3) Children’s data

We do not allow account creation by children below the applicable age of consent. For youth-focused activities, parental consent is required.

4) Your controls & preferences

We inform you and obtain consent where required (e.g., notifications, geolocation, non-essential cookies). Your browser/device also offers settings to manage location and cookies.

5) Why and how we use personal data

  • Provide the Platform & services: account setup/management, order processing, delivery, customer support, contests/events, publishing your content.

  • Personalization: recommendations, tailored content and offers based on your interactions.

  • Marketing communications: emails/SMS/push (with your consent where required). You can opt out anytime.

  • Improvement & security: analytics, statistics, troubleshooting, fraud/abuse prevention, maintenance, audits.

Legal bases (vary by country): contract performance (orders), consent (cookies/marketing/location), legitimate interests (improvement, security, fraud prevention), and legal obligations.

6) How we share personal data

  • Corporate transactions: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, as allowed by law.

You control what is public via your profile and social features settings.

7) International transfers

Your data may be processed/stored in the United States and other countries whose laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses, intra-group agreements, and supplementary measures) for such transfers.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, logging, regular testing). No system is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and enable available protections.

9) Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above: for example, while your account remains active and longer where law requires (tax/accounting, warranties, disputes). Criteria include data type, purpose, and legal requirements.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, data portability, withdraw consent, set post-mortem directives (where applicable), and complain to a supervisory authority.
